This is a system used to detect scratches, uneven colors and particles on glass substrate tab terminals.
Defects are detected via image processing based on images captured by a camera within the system. The parameters for detection can be fine-tuned to adapt to various needs.
Glass substrate pixel defect inspection software
This is a piece of software used to detect scratches, uneven colors and particles on pixels on glass substrates.
The system utilizes a bubble sort algorithm, which allows for defect inspections that are not subject to minute changes in each lot.
Film defect inspection system
This is a system used to inspect medical films for defects.
The system processes images captured by a built-in camera to detect defects such as dislocation, foreign substances, wrinkles and air bubbles. To achieve an inspection tact time of 0.5 sec. per film, four inspection positions are available for use, each with different lighting conditions and inspection criteria.
