Photovoltaic generation (solar power) is the current standard-bearer for clean energy and is being installed throughout the world at a rapid pace as environmental awareness increases and governments take action to save the environment. Solar panels are a lot like FPD panels in that they both require large glass substrates. We at TERRASYSTEM continue to develop and manufacture high-quality solar power systems, utilizing our expertise gained from developing FPD systems.
Solar panel glass substrate loading and unloading line
This is a system used for introducing glass substrates onto a line and subsequently removing them. The loading line takes out unprocessed glass substrates from a tray one by one via a multijoint robot and places them onto a line. The unloading line sorts processed glass substrates by rank and stores them in trays.
Solar panel packing cover printing and mounting line
This is a piece of inline equipment for mounting shipment covers onto completed glass substrates.
The equipment receives information such as model and lot numbers from the host PC and prints them on covers.
Glass substrate stacking line for packing solar panels
This is a piece of equipment for stacking completed glass substrates.
A Cartesian coordinate robot stacks substrates on a pallet to prepare for packing.
Dispenser for liquid inspections
This is a system which dispenses a fixed volume of liquid into test containers for inspection.
The system can hold up to 50 samples and automatically dispenses fixed volumes into test containers of different sizes.
