Introduction
TERRASYSTEM Co., Ltd. may retain personal information such as customers’ names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and addresses in order to provide various services.
We consider the protection of personal information as our social responsibility. We therefore strictly abide by laws related to the retention of personal information and ensure the appropriate handling of personal information based thereon.
1. Acquirement of Personal Information
We only acquire personal information in appropriate manners, and never by false or other improper means.
2. Use of Personal Information
We will use obtained personal information to provide information regarding our products and to inform customers of corporate information only. We will never use the information for any other purpose.
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Except when required by law, such as by the Personal Information Protection Act, we will not provide personal information to any third parties without prior permission of all relevant parties.
However, we may provide personal information to subcontractors to the extent required for achieving the purpose of use (e.g.: providing a subcontractor with information about a customer in order to deliver documentation).
In such cases, we require subcontractors to handle provided personal information correctly, and manage such information appropriately.
4. Safety management of personal information
We take all necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leaks, losses, destruction, and alteration of personal information and to carry out safe and proper management of all personal information.
5. Disclosure and correction of personal information
We regularly review our methods of personal information management and continuously carry out improvements to protect privacy.
